It's not sex that I think is bad. It's the stupid things that my desire for sex could cause me to do. It scares me.

I know what you mean. Avoidance will only get you so far, however.

Love is what guides you home. Allowing yourself to experience overwhelm, while uncomfortable, is what’s necessary to begin to wake you out of your misery. There is a difference between experiencing a feeling of overwhelm vs. being paralyzed by overwhelm. You need to gradually expose yourself to uncomfortable scenarios, so don’t force it.

A good litmus test of love is if you experience more expansion; contraction is no longer your main fuel.
