How do you moved from Anxious attachement to Secure

I have found that I have very anxious preoccupied attachment style when it comes to relationship. Its really hard me to let go of my ex's. I have a fear of when cutting the contact, will they ever contact me again? Fear of not having contact, not knowing nothing about them.

So How did you moved, what all you did to move from anxious attachment style to Secure?

just accept the possibility of never see them again, first you let go of the old then you can let the new in, impermanence

Yeah I have accepted it and feels good. But I want to do it automatically. Like be in state where it happens naturally, my first response instead of being anxious.

naturally you are peaceful and effortless execution mode , if there is turbulence either from outside or inside then you're not at your best, my advice is to take more action toward YOUR intuitions it is something that i also working on embody which is different and more difficult than just knowing about it
