   To me it's a very odd specific age to disrespect yourself at. Biden is in his 80's I think, and @Recursoinominado is 31, what business does a person dissing his own age have to do with a 80's year old man? Why isn't that age discrimination?

It was a simple auto-deprecatory joke. Don't read too much into it. Maybe Recurso Inominado was trying to show his respects to an old man that can handle being the US president in his 80s.

I only joked when I copied her famous motto. I have respect for her, she can be really intelligent in some takes, but sometimes takes things too literally or seriously. I just wanted to have a laugh with the situation, not the person.

The meme was sent to me. He was thanking me for pointing out that you're taking too seriously what people are saying in a joking fashion.

I and Recurso Inominado are from Brazil. We were just laughing at this whole situation.

   Fair enough, I have rapped my head around these issues of why someone would disrespect themselves like this. Like life can be so brutal and evil that a person with weak self belief can easily get killed, in the streets that's being called a punk a**, hoe, or BETA MALE! But if it's joking fine I guess, self hating as a joke is just strange but whatever I'll let it slide and get it when I get it in the future.

   The meme I got it, although the additional issue is if this forum can handle anymore memes and gifs as they take a bit of energy and forum sometimes crashes.

   Also been to Brazil, to the Rio De Janeiro, walked to the giant Jesus Christ statue, and loved the beef buffets there. Ridiculous humidity and sunshine though but nice beaches.

Sometimes it is just a way to not take yourself too seriously or create a big ego.
