Hm. I already see different national AI combatting each other on the battlefield. 

Or terrorists programming AI to kill people in the streets. The good stuff AI will bring will be equal to the bad stuff.

AI will be more powerful than the atom bomb in every aspect. It will not only fade away military doctrines but also economic models.
