You know, if I would really seriously start attacking certain (in my opinion very very dangerous conceptual systems like Solipsism) in a measure that would be appropriate to the potential damage Solipsism can cause at certain readers of the forum, we would be in a s***-show of the highest degree.

• And since such a Nondual/Dharma-battle that is not kept on the light side only leads to conflict, suffering, bruised egos and a lot of fallout (and not much productive stuff else), I try to stay on the light side, trying to take myself not to serious.
• The only thing I allow myself is limited amounts of irony, not crossing the line of sarcassm (if I do, give me the Keisaku).
• And sometimes maybe risking writing like a smartass   using a broad range of certain linguistic stylistic devices and foreign words.

We are all on the same path, going from atom-molecule-plant-animal-human-stone age- medieval age- industrial age- information age- AI- Skynet -Terminator-Fermi-Paradoxon [just kidding, I dont believe in that, although its possible] - awakened humanity uploaded to Alien Dimension [Reality Switch Technologies: Psychedelics as Tools for the Discovery and Exploration of New Worlds ], so...

I see it as necessary and fundamental to contribute to society by giving your best, in a material way. and regarding spirituality, it is inevitable. we are alive, we exist. now, I am. wtf is this? How can someone not have the inescapable need to open this enigma? We have to open up to the now completely, remove all barriers. any limitations must be identified and overcome.

There's a lot of talk here about "serious spirituality". I understand the intent, but am glad people are realizing the value of moderation, even in the spiritual journey.

@Razard86 I was pondering this morning that the greatest obstacle to deepening realization is not jousting at conceptual windmills (e.g., crusading for the idea of absolute solipsism), Don-Quixote style. That can be distracting, but it tends to eventually exhaust itself. All good.

The true enemy, which stands behind your shoulder whispering where to strike, is the ego itself, appearing as an angel of light. When it tells you that you can't possibly thrive without its guidance, see it for the lie that it is. True wisdom is directly realized within. Everything else is empty illusion.

It's possible to gradually dissolve attachments to external desires and fears. Love does the work for you, you just have to allow it. It is a deepening process of absolute liberation.

Severing the strings to maya doesn't require heroic effort on your part. All that is truly needed is sincere submission of the absolute to itself.

When you get old like me (I'm 57), if you're lucky life wears you down to the point where you are ready to see your suffering for what it is. You realize that the desperate need for safety and happiness, which has driven you to construct a conceptual fortress around yourself, only isolates you from the light of your absolute nature.

Until the fortress is dissolved, ego brick by ego brick, you remain enslaved within a prison of your own making. The deconstruction doesn't happen over night, but it does happen, and the light of your absolute nature floods more steadily through.

You develop a keen scent for the ego. Not only do you detect it in others, but you are attuned to its parasitic attempts on your own awareness. Gradually, you learn to remain focused on the absolute within, no matter how alluringly the ego flashes its wares on the other side of the gate.

^^^^Sophistry and poetry. It is beautifully written. The only thing that awakens you is the realization that there is only you, because it is true. That's it. If you accept what is true, completely and utterly with no resistance and raise your consciousness then permanent realization will happen. The funny thing is many of you enter altered states of consciousness all the time through smoking weed or taking other such substances. If you only knew that from that state if you accepted the truth.....in that moment realization would occur.

You don't need months, you don't years, all you need is a full understanding of what you are, and the awareness to see it. Anyone not awakened is just hyponotized!!! You are hypnotized into a solid reality, and in your direct experience this is what you call real. When you can accept the instability of reality as also real....and accept the understanding that your true nature is not bound by stability but is completely free to express itself in anyway just like a cartoon. Hell I would suggest seeing yourself as a cartoon as a more direct way to awakening than all those traditional ancient moralistic, biased methods.

All you have to do is accept the truth, and verify it in your direct experience. If you have verified it but it has not become your baseline...it's only because you are in denial. All you psychunauts who trip, and trip, and trip on end with no permanent non-duality? The ONLY reason you don't have it, is because you fear your true nature. You are literally right there......your right there. Figure out...what it is....that is stopping you from accepting it.

THIS is the purpose of deconstruction, THIS is the purpose of self-inquiry. Anything else....is bullshit. Deconstruct the lies, the story, and discover the fear that stops you from...experiencing the fullness of what you are......the truth is....it's what you fear the most. YOU FEAR BEING NOTHING.

Because once they can fool you in a virtual reality into thinking the characters and that world is real, you will realize...that is what is happening right now!!! It will happen eventually. Who knew video games....would probably lead to the largest awakening event in human history. But it will happen.

Awakening is not that. It is as if you were saying, I know that the earth is not flat, it is round. So I know what the earth is. no man, you still need a small detail, like getting on the ship with Magellan and going through Cape Horn  and all that stuff, for years, to have taken your first look.

Awakening is exactly that. This is a cartoon, a moving picture, a dream, a video game, a virtual reality, a mind, how many pointers do you guys want? When I watch a movie (which I am doing right now on Hulu) I experience the movie as just as real as everything in my room. There is NO SEPERATION.

When Goku fights Cell on my Youtube Screen I feel every punch and I feel the kamehameha. Why? Because there is no separation. If you still feel like movies, tv shows are OTHER than you....then you are still in duality. And that is only because....you have silly thoughts in your head of what awakening is. I might need to stop taunting you all because that doesn't seem to be working.

I guess you all to scared of bad trips....cause they will taunt the HELL OUT OF YOU. Bad trips are totally focused to scaring the shit out of you till you finally face the truth. But it seems to me you all have too much fear. Stop turning awakening and enlightenment into something a particular way.

All it is...is the end of separation. Your experience becomes DIRECT. For example...you see someone shoot someone in the head in the distance....you feel the shot as it penetrates his skull.

You are talking about a negative awakening, that is, realize what is not true. It is the first step, but real awakening is positive, realizing what it is. once the delusion is not so solid, you can begin to open up to what you are. then you stop focusing all the time on what is a lie to open up to what is the truth. They are...because they want to keep their privacy, their sense of separation. They want to keep their privacy. You see you like feeling like you have a separate body....awakening makes EVERY BODY, YOUR BODY. So you don't have a private experience anymore. It is completely direct, you feel EVERYTHING.

Because....you ARE everything. As long as you are afraid of this....then you cannot live from this experience. I completely understand, because I had to go through one last BAD TRIP to get there....and it felt like rape, like I was being violated. I only got through because I reminded myself that it was my selfishness and self-bias and what I was experiencing was ME and I was just resisting it.

After that experience....everything opened up. So the barrier of Non-Duality is the end of all individual experience....are you willing to give up your separate private experience....to experience everything as you? It's more radical than you can realize.
