Bro, are you not reading anything I'm writing? It's not primarily about longevity. It's about living the best life; here, now. That is the highest pursuit.

He is dealing with longevity as the ultimate purpose of humanity which is very absurd and silly. Our main focus as humanity shouldn't be about extending our lives, it should be about living the best life.

Another problem is that he is attributing his happiness to the lifestyle he is leading. But I think most of his happiness came from the psychological development he did on himself over the years. He went through a classical midlife crisis of workaholism and a bad lifestyle. So he thinks now that all this health stuff is what is making him happy, and everyone should do the same. But at the end, if he find peace in his current lifestyle, I am very happy for him.

Both of us will be consumed.

My blood and your blood, my suffering and yours is the essence that nourishes the tree of existence.'"

@LSD-Rumi

Why are you acting like I didn't address your points one by one? Respond to my points.

His philosophy is great, I wish he just wasn't telling everyone to take ashwagandha everyday.

There was an episode recently where he injured his foot and it was affecting his sleep quality and you can clearly see that he was completely miserable and incapable of functioning normally without perfect sleep.

I think his Immaculate sleep and exercise routine compensates for the heavy load of taking 100 supplements every morning.

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

Nope your body has to do a lot of work to filter that shit out. And ashwagandha crosses the blood-brain barrier, it's not simply "food". lol

Also taking B vitamins is a stimulant, that exhaust the system, so you need plenty of Immaculate sleep to compensate.

Now let's scale that up to 100 random supplements. lmao

What exactly needs to be "filtered out"? What does "filtering out" mean?

Glucose "crosses" the blood-brain barrier lol.

Ashwagandha is just one thing. We're talking about 100s of supplements of presumably mostly essential nutrients.

It's an essential nutrient (?) 🙈 Is my body getting exhausted from eating what it needs to function? 🙉

Lmaoo I think the way to answer this question is experimenting and seeing if you feel good, you feel better and everything in life improves, and now you have a permanent erection representing the strength of an immortal body. 🦄

You have the resources to do that?

His recent video for the Don't Die Dinner was fucken ballistic!

He needs some serious grounding.

Didn't address anyone's concerns, rhetoric rhetoric rhetoric

He eats like 2000kcal a day at most when he is particularly active, and they're "whole vegan" foods with relatively low bioavailability (beans with olive oil, broccoli...)

Also aswhagandha is supposed to improve sleep since it inhibits HPA axis.

He also admitted in an interview he is hungry just about all the time.

I find him to be a classic basket-case narcissist.

He comes across as having SEVERE untreated OCD.

Don't get me wrong I love a good fast, and hunger doesn't bother me.

But to be in that state all the time isn't going to work for most

All this diet, exercise, and sleep stuff can't do much for cancer, It's mostly no smoking and not being obese that helps significantly

But he can still get and die from it, resolving cancer will require a significant technological advancement in scanning technology, probably until everyone has the equivalent of an ultraprecise MRI + CT Scan + Ultrasound in their house that they step into every week like it's a normal weight scale

Heart disease he's probably offsetting the chances by quite a large margin, likely preventing it entirely.

We're all fucked, sorry boys :D

I think he has his whole premise wrong: it should be 'don't suffer' or 'minimize pain'

Doing that would probably cave his little peanut head in, since he constantly talks about how this is his biggest contemplation in life

Honestly, he seems so fragile. Like reducing his sleep by 1 hour rocks his entire world.

I think he uses all these strict health regimes as a result of OCD/depression.

I feel sad for him
