How to teach/ help others/ lead others

As i begin to love teaching and helping people i cant help but want his views and input on this! some specific points i would love to see

- how to tell when to be pushy and kinda smack sense into somone (not physically of course)

-how to  be more compassionate for people you lead and thier "pettiness" 

- good skills to demonstrate your value 

- how to keep on track when communicating 

- dealing with imposter syndrome 

- connecting to people 

- what makes a good teacher/leader
