Instability and Indecisiveness

Hello everybody,

I have been depressed for a long time and also had anxiety. I also become confused often and sometimes become unstable. I sometimes don't know what to do and this makes me very upset. What can I do to make myself more decisive and stable? I took many kinds of psychiatric drugs, and I see my therapist but they are not deep enough, they don't solve the problem and I am getting worse.

it takes time to build a solid foundation, momentum, until then you're stuck with suffering and unpleasant weird feelings, those feelings, emotions is your clue, navigate, WORK through it, introspect it
maybe you feel lost, empty, or strong emotions like anger understand that it's all unconsious, you have to proactively feel those feelings more, do not suppress but don't lash out at other people that's weird

You dont know who you are, that makes you unsure of yourself ,which causes you to be stuck in one place that makes you depressed...


There is nothing safe with playing it safe.
