My SDi BLUE family gave me prayer beads for my birthday

Pics from my iPhone. I just turned 21 as of yesterday of this post. My family are rather staunchly religious BLUE (Spiral Dynamics) Shia Muslims. As a birthday gift, I received these prayer beads:

Prayer and meditation are basically the same thing. And they look gorgeous. Use them well

I think I’ll use these beads for meditation.

I remember I visited New Age store and they were selling “energy stones”. These were different color stones and each color meant something. I asked the guy at the counter how to use these stones, and he said that one way is to hold them in your hand while meditating and “put your energy” in the stones.

To this day I still don’t know what he meant by that.

haha obviously just bullshiting his way through. If you put your energy in the stones, you are going to be depleted.

A better way is to say you get energy from the stone and becomes rejuvenated. Or the stone gets negative energy from you and gives you positive energy.
