I'm not talking about books like '7 habits of highly effective people' that give you generic principles around making results happen, i'm looking for a book that is specifically about generating tangible results each day, becoming a great executor and how to best do that

Honestly? Scott Youngs courses. Heavily practical and high value 

Though you need to be on a waiting list for them. He only puts them out for 1 week in a year
