I am the bully

Every time I judge someone, I judge myself.

Every time I lie to someone, I lie to myself. 

Every time I bully someone, I bully myself.

This is a profound insight I had just now. Not just as a theory or belief, but actually feeling it in my entire being and replaying the memory in vivid detail that it’s me all along. 

This insight, digested and integrated, is the path towards Self-healing.

I just re-read my post, and realized that nowhere did I say that someone lied to me, someone bullied me, someone judged me.

Wow… I never saw life like this until now.  This is unreal
