a Million Thoughts by Om Swami

"Say to the sheep in your secrecy when you intend to slaughter it, Today you are slaughtered and tomorrow I am.
Both of us will be consumed.

My blood and your blood, my suffering and yours is the essence that nourishes the tree of existence.'"

Hey! If you're into Kriya Yoga, you can learn it from Self Realisation Fellowship, the organisation established by Paramahamsa Yogananda himself. If you're from India, check Yogoda Satsanga Society of India.

Here's the link to the SRF website: https://yogananda.org/

Mindfulness in Plain is a very good and practical primer on basic mindfluness meditation, but you can already go quite deep with it.

MTCTB from Daniel Ingram is the most comprehensive, in-depth about meditation I know of and he also maps out the deeper meditation territory.

I also really like A Path with Heart from Jack Kornfield for its grounded, commonsensical, loving approach.

My favourite book probably is Shift Into Freedom by Loch Kelly. It's got a lot of practical advice and exercises and I always listen to it when I fall out of my meditation habit to get back to it.

I need this as I’ve fallen out from my meditation habit as of late.
