I have a hard time explaining my mental health

I habitually procrastinate on work and am tired in the morning but this needs to further be explained.

Isnt procrastination what you want to do? Not doing the work and you feeling tired because you dont have anything to look foward to?

I dont see how is this a mental problem...


There is nothing safe with playing it safe.

Procrastinating could be a sign that there is something  not right in your environment or/and that there is some piece of the puzzle of youre big picture understanding that is not quite in place yet. Once these two are taken care of, it'll come naturally.

If you sense there's some underlying issues but you can't explain it it's worth taking a closer look into your childhood experiences.
