If you have been able to get to a space in which you do or have detached from the content of thought share with me how you managed to achieve this....

Exercise, Meditation, spending time in Nature, Fasting, taking a break from *stimulated* environments and activities e,g city, electronics, internet...

The human spirit needs places where the nature has not been rearranged by the hand of man.

When the body is relaxed, the mind naturally follows.
