Always seek to understand the point of view of both sides

While left leaning programs mean well they are often just like their conservative counter parts become propaganda machines. What is a propaganda machine? Any dissemination of information that excludes the valid concerns and points of an opposing view which focusing solely on the demerits or flaws in that perspective. It has come to my attention that the previous video I linked purposefully made a hit piece by only highlighting the parts they took issue with, without simultaneously highlighting the parts they agreed with. 

 

What they don't realize is this actually makes the issue worse. Think about it? How could you ever open a dialog with someone and hope to bridge the gap between perspectives when you edit hit pieces?
