How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? Are the things you are posting in alignment with principles of higher consciousness and higher stages of ego development? Are you acting in a mature or immature way? Are you being selfish or selfless in your communication? Are you acting like a monkey or like a God-like being?

If they weren't (;)), you could easily run a simple correlation analysis between exercise and general well-being :) (I could do that if you do the heavy work of filling in the Excel sheets :P )

Lol, there's plenty of science to suggest that exercise positively affects mood (especially cardio versus strength training). If you don't believe it, go ahead and try it out. Although I'm sure you already incorporate a decent amount of exercise if you're on this subforum.

God bless you.

I am a little disappointed with life now. I don't get to move a lot and currently "trapped".

@thenondualtankie Its more about waking people up on the forum who are not exercising and refuse to.
