If you want to know what is Leo's most important video, the one video that basically sums up everything he has every taught and is the central video that will always connect and explain the purpose of his channel, his website, and all of life itself. It is this video. Watch this video at a high consciousness state and you will understand what is being communicated here. This video is the HOLY GRAIL. It literally describes what you should be doing everyday. The secret is you already are doing it, you are just doing it unconsciously. 

Seek to do it consciously.

Update: Wow, it’s amazing how your state of consciousness determines how much you can appreciate and absorb a teaching.

I got inspired while listening to the episode, so I pulled up DALL·E 2 and came up with this:

Update: Some insights I’ve had from this episode

- I’m starting to appreciate heartbreak more; not running away from it as much as I used to. I’m also connecting to those going through it as well. It’s beautifully designed by God as a catalyst to connect broken parts of Itself/Consciousness back together; stronger than what it was originally. However, you need to be highly conscious to embrace heartbreak. Otherwise, you’ll be extremely selfish and deluded (as I used to be, and something I’m still working on).

- Heartbreak, embodied consciously, can foster serious personal and spiritual growth. It drives you to discover higher truths, which you would’ve otherwise been too complacent to search for. When you avoid or suppress heartbreak, though, you’re essentially running away from Yourself, thus missing out on the vast Love which is ever-present to infinite degrees. You don’t even need to experience these radical degrees of Love to start to appreciate Love. Even the simplest acts of Love will shake you to your core if you’re open to it.

- It’s important that if you’re already in a deep, intimate relationship with someone that you take it seriously and not treat it flippantly. It’s an opportunity to explore Yourself deeper, otherwise you’ll just be swimming in shallow water when you could be diving into the vast ocean which is YOU.

- Become radically open to discovering Love in your own unique way. Love goes infinitely deeper than what you see in Disney movies, stories from social media, what your best friends and family tell you, etc. Most people are trying so hard to copy and paste what others are doing to discover Love, instead of owning their Sovereignty. It’s fine to learn from others (in fact, it’s beautiful when learning from others consciously). However, don’t turn Love into this robotic formula that you have to emulate and figure out with logic. Love goes waaaaaay deeper than that!

- When you embody Love so deeply, it ultimately doesn’t matter if you’re with your loved ones or by yourself in a room. The Universe always takes care of You; this becomes evidently clear when you’re so radically open to anything happening. Your Love becomes so vast that even something bothersome or trivial becomes a divine expression of Love.

That means you didn't embody those teachings. Actually, that's why experience is the best teacher and maybe it wasn't embodied because there was no experience to anchor that embodiment. BTW, that post was beautiful. I almost cried in the end, but I held back...didn't feel like blowing my nose as I often do when I cry. Didn't feel like getting the tissues. It's a lazy Saturday afternoon.
