What Psychological Tools Have You Found Most Powerful In Your Lives?

  Hi....
        I am interested in what  psychological 'tools' everyone here may have found most useful and powerful to gain insights and grow in positive ways in their lives. I have made a small list but would love some additional directions I may be able to explore if ppl have a spare moment?
        
        - Meditation
        - CBT
        - Journalling
        - Role playing
        - Affirmations
        - Watching a mentor/teacher talk about a subject
        - Biofeedback
        
        Thats the most i can come up with at the moment. Anything else to come to peoples minds? Any help is greatly appreciated. Cheers, G.
