Just Beeing One With It

Hello everybody.

I recently followed a REALLY powerful meditation process from Adyashanti that made me realize that i'm One with Reality because i have experienced that my body is non-different than all the things that surrounds me by seeing what is.

It was extremely fast to come to this experiencial realization ( at least for me and without any kind of drugs/psychdelics ) and so i wanted to post out this meditation that i hope could help people that just want to feel there Real Inner Nature.
