Morning Intense Exercise Is Vital For Success

Just thought id inform everyone :D

Get a good intense 30-45 minutes work out first thing in the morning. This will have lasting hormonal changes for the entire day, lowering stress and setting yourself up for better cognitive performance and "luck" factors.

It really doesn't matter what your working/progressing on, got to get that work out in.

How is this post just me acting out my ego in the usual ways? Is this post just me venting and justifying my selfishness? I like hard exercise in morning, but I also like Qigong

I´ve heard that from some friends, that they feel very good after doing their early morning exercise. Thanks will try.

Great point. I have been moving my exercise to earlier times and I can definitely feel the difference.
