Life as Pilgrimage of God

2 posts in this topic

I did something a little extreme this weekend. There is something organized such as "Extreme way of the cross" in Poland. I was not in church for many years and I had a lot of resentment towards that religion for many years, but my coworker told me about this and I was up for the challenge. You walk more than 40km alone for whole night. (You can walk in groups of people for safety reasons but you can not talk).

I started at 7pm and ended at 6 am next day. During that walk I took one tab of acid and contemplated the concept of Pilgrimage, Wandering, Jesus and so on.

When I was at the peak of the trip walking non stop and my legs started to really hurt even thought there was more than 5 hours left I found myself really distanced from all human context and I started laughing "Why do I do this to myself?" It was great but I could not understand why would I put myself through so many hours of pain for fun. And then I contemplated and understood that this is exactly what God does.

God goes out of his perfect house for a long pilgrimage, and that pilgrimage is being a human. He knows there will be a lot of limitation, a lot of pain, but also a lot of exploration, a lot of wisdom and understanding gained from that. The same as when human goes for pilgrimage. And then at the end of pilgrimage (death) God goes back to perfect and calm house (Infinity) where he can rest, but now with gained insight about himself.

So all of this is for fun and insight. And Jesus knew this. Jesus was like constantly on acid due to his "genetics" and he knew all of this is just God imagining his pilgrimage, and that pain is imaginary and that all is well and for fun, that's why he could see dying on a cross as "fun" and insightful for God. I transcended the symbol of cross from the meaning of suffering and sin into fun, insight, freedom, pilgrimage.

In the Vast Expanse everything that arises is Lively Awakened Awareness.

Nice! :)

I've got Infinity for a head and I have a hard time handling it.

Words can't describe You!
