I abused psychedelics a bit

I got my dlievery of multiple dissociatives and psychedelics. I honestly don't know how did this happen but i ended up talking a lot of them and not sleeping for two days, lol. I felt prertty bad yesterday, I was destabilized but I recovered very well with sleep and I am donig great.

Lesson learned, Respect chemicals.

Oh I now understand what happened. It turns out i ingested too much of a  certain dissociatve, 3 ho pcp. I turns out this one is much more potent than other pcp/pce dervatives. 10 mg is a heavy dose, lol. 

I must be much more careful in the future. I feel ashmed tbh.

We have to learn the mature way of using these substances.

Just, be very careful. Some mistakes when using these substances really can't be reversed (Like hurting ourselves or others.)

Go slow, take a break from tripping and contemplate how you want to go about using them.

This means tripping protocols, integration protocols, what books maybe you could read about good tripping protocols.
