How can I be in a leadership role as a creative?

I haven't figured out my purpose yet, but creativity is definitely the thing that I will pursue, and I want my creations to be entirely my own, but I don't know how to take up a leadership role as well - I am naturally a leader. What should I do?

Well, you might have to let go of such a selfish demand. Good leadership requires a more collaborative attitude where it's not all about you. This requires maturing yourself. When you start out you will be pretty selfish and self-absorbed, which will obstruct good leadership. The pain of that will force you to rethink your approach.
