How do you overcome --

1) Distracting thoughts while studying

2) Thoughts that make you feel bored about the subject while studying

3) Thoughts that tell you " I CANT " ace this chapter or subject while studying ?

Please give me specific things you do and examples.

keep doing it despite all the thoughts because they would not matter at the end. these thoughts are part of the process. stop worrying and being concerned about removing them because they are things which you can't control.

You have to get to the root of the problem. Why are those thing happening? You seem to lack proper emotional health. I recommend looking into meditation and getting into a place where your feelings and thoughts don't interfere with your ability to perform a task.

1) Meditation will help you focus and distracting thoughts will lose their hold over you with time.

2) You feel bored about a subject because you fail to appreciate how meaningful and profound it is. Learn to appreciate the magnificence in studying any subject. ANYTHING can be interesting if you approach it with authentic curiosity and remove the veil of obviousness. For instance, a glass of water can be as exciting as an amusement park or a huge concert if you are curious and are honest about how much you don't know about it.

3) Those are interfering emotions. You won't be able to do anything about them until you tend to your emotional health. If you don't get serious about your emotional health, those problems will decrease your quality of life in every facet.

I recommend starting off by going through all of Leo's videos to get a holistic, broader view of your well-being and starting a daily meditation routine.

I know this sounds like a bunch of hippy stuff, but the fact is your problems stem from a deeper, underlying systemic set of problems that affect your performance in other areas of life. If you ignore that reality, you will keep running into the problems. You have to get to the core of the issue.

Every significant piece of work or art has its own set of delays and preparations. Smallest of tasks have a period of no result and progress.

I use the pomodoro technique. It gives you 5 min breaks so thats pretty much time allowing you to be distracted.
