I do not have a lot of faith that he spoke to Gabor Mate.  The video looks like someone just made a video to get some money because the world is fascinated with some dude that hit the sperm lottery.

He is doing interviews to promote his book, but what I find interesting about this is that he shows how empty life is in a capitalistic society even for those on the very top, showing that ultimately there are no winners in a toxic system based on domination and greed.  For that reason, it is worth listening to him.

@Jodistrict I've been pretty impressed by Prince Harry's exploration of healing modalities. It seems to me he has an open mind to lots of different healing modalities! I.e.. heard he did EMDR as well.

I'm pleased for the guy.
