Gravity boots for health?

I become more and more interested to make my training more health focused by mobilizing certain muscles or give discharge to muscles that are under constant pressure throughout the day (like the spine). I know that normal hanging is great for shoulder and back health. But after my workout my grip is weak and I am not able to hang for long. I thought about making a mix of hanging and hanging with gravity boots. Its probably not as affective for overall back health but maybe still okay.. Has anyone experience with it?
