Alternatively, you could buy a cock sleeve. That is a tangible option. Then you can play around with different shapes, sizes and textures. The downside is that it probably reduces sensation for the male, though I couldn't find any conclusive information regarding that.

The biology behind it is it makes the skin of the penis more receptive and the internal  blood vessels and Chambers more wide so that more blood can flow to the penis . That's what was written in the user guide.

 The issue though..when I normally measure my penis conservatively, i get a much bigger number when I instead measure optimistically, even though the actual size has not changed. So if i use a cream or take a pill thinking that it will make the size of my erect penis larger, I  might as well measure my penis to be larger.

The size of my dick didn't change in more than three weeks with constant massaging daily. The cream have no effect other than give you an erection if you’re lucky.

So bad so far. I thought I would share so that guys who are trying to enlarge their dicks not get scammed .

Penis creams are technically confirmed to work, but only in very particular scenarios. And obviously, not all creams are formulated the same.

For example, If I remember correctly, topically applying an androgen like DHT to a micro-penis can actually facilitate the penile growth that it missed out on and actually significantly increase the length:

This is for micropenis tho, which is an actual diagnosis, I think and has something to do with androgen deficiencies. For an adult male who is past puberty, it's like wanting to grow physically, you need to break bones and joints and then reassemble to be able to do that. Not sure if OP feels like participating on dick cutting therapy and having a silicon extension added but hey, things we wouldn't do for the satisfaction of the girl
