A vision for total wellness

39 posts in this topic

I created a contemplation list. The purpose of this is to list out each area of your life, each system involved in your life and journaling/ contemplating/ visualizing your highest vision for yourself in each area.

Imagine:

1. Perfectly Healthy organs

2. Perfect Mental Health

3. Perfect Self Acceptance

4. Perfect posture free of pain and excess tension

5. Perfect Alignment with life purpose

6. Perfect Education and access to resources

7. Perfect and complete understanding of reality

8. Perfect clothing material

9. Perfect Stillness

10. Perfect state of consciousness

11. Perfect intimate relationships

12. Perfect Diet

13. Perfect Exercise

14. Perfect Habits

15, Perfect Happiness

16. Perfect Financial Mastery

17. Perfect Understanding of God and consciousness

18. Perfect house hold items

Imagine being a lighthouse just shining the highest embodiment for the rest of your life.

Just food for contemplation. Don’t be neurotic about it. Just an ideal.

7. Perfect and complete understanding of reality

How would you go about achieving this?

Do you think our chimp minds have the capability to grasp infinity in all its tricky details?

@Thought Art I don't know . If you consider the sheer amount of information available to us even in our Internet Era is actually less 1% of the information that is still unknown in the universe.

Astrophysics tells us that we only have access to 1% of the "observable universe ".  And if we consider the amount of information that is not just "unknown " but" unknowable " ..then it here begins to show the limits of human mind . We think we are far advanced technologically, but in  terms of understanding the whole fucking universe..we are still learning how to walk baby steps.

So I'm not saying it's impossible. But it's not gonna happen in our lifetime.

@Someone here I wasn’t pointing to knowing all the finite stuff that’s not possible because it’s infinite. You can however Grok was reality is as a whole.

I did not understand much, but what I got was "perfect."

Total wellness means totally accepting the perfection you already are.

@Javfly33 Me? Come on try to be respectful.

I just posted a very powerful contemplation list and all you guys do is leave me trash responses. If you don’t resonate with it, keep your snotty remarks to yourself.

If you are interested in personal develop and taking your life to the highest levels.. then it’s worth contemplating each on these things.

“For me, what would my most ideal, perfect level of development be in each area of my life? Why would I settle for what doesn’t make me feel aligned with my highest vision in life?”

Again, not to be neurotic about it. But, making it explicit to yourself is worthwhile.

Well aiming for perfecting is a good way to become crazy and neurotic

@OBEler Yeah, good point. You can’t really achieve a successful contemplation of this without thinking of the system you are a part of. But, your locus of control is better with yourself so start there. However you are free to contemplate perfect external systems.

@Giulio Bevilacqua Perfect is up to you. That is something to contemplate. notice how if you go about this list in a neurotic way, that wouldn’t be perfect. Again as I said in my posts, it’s an idealist exercise. A light flexible touch is probably involved in this. Nowhere did I say if your life isn’t “perfect” that’s “awful” and “terrible”. A big part of all this is really accepting reality as it is. However, when it comes to health, why settle? There’s a paradox at play.

For me, Perfect is aligning theses areas of your life in an exquisite balance.

What part of "contemplating" people dont understand?

I loved the list. Copied to my journal to contemplate during the whole year.

Thank you

that seems what perfection would be for the ego and that's tricky. the ego sees imperfection by definition. the only perfection is to detach from the ego and perceive the perfect beauty of the eternal present moment. and accept the ego for what it is, the energy that struggles, that seeks and that is unsatisfied. is insatiable You have to give it your dose of fight and challenge and enjoy his dissatisfaction, having the ability to detach yourself from it at will and enter into the wonder of the profound present.

What you have exposed is a list of things that would make the ego happy. that is impossible, the ego will never be
