Does karma come quicker when you raise your consciousness?

Lately I feel I'm getting my Karma much faster than before. For example I might have some anger or negative thoughts towards someone, then later that day it already boomerangs back in the form of someone (completely different person) being negative towards me. 

Does karma come quicker when you raise your consciousness?

The more conscious I become, the more challenges the cosmos throws my way. It's like Consciousness forging a sword, and just when the metal begins to melt, plunging it into a bucket of cold water. Each time, the water is colder and the blade becomes stronger. Eventually, it is transformed into a finely honed weapon, but not until it is tested at the deepest levels to prove its worthiness to be wielded.

It comes and goes much quicker.

Yes 100% , ones i reached  a certain level of awareness  i 100% started experiencing instant karma because i did things that werent a correct way in handling the situation and i was aware of this even when the wrongdoing was done by someone else who waa very low conscious like a thief for example.

Also you get to know your true self more. You know  your desires and preferences so avoiding them is harder. For example you know corporate world is not for your, and now with you consciousness and more power it is really difficult to stay in that situation. The same with relationships and toxic people. All the problems that you were ignoring are now visible in the light of increased consciousness and now you have (and want) to deal with them so in a way there is much more to deal with now.

It gets more and more intense. Challenges are of larger magnitude. When I look back I know that such combination of strong stress test in a short time, like it happens now, would destroyed my psyche few years ago.
