What Exactly Is "higher Consciousness"?

I don't get it. For me, its "raising sensory awareness", but others use it in a different context, e.g. higher consciousness values.

Honesty, forgiveness, love, integrity, compassion, good habits, etc... Sometimes it's necessary to express negative emotions as well.

Higher consciousness is denoting the existential nature of reality. The fact that this consciousness is what allows, mind,intellect,feelings,identity all worldy forms and it's dynamic expressions to exist. Vaster than sky greater than space, no concepts can touch it, it has no smell, no taste, it can't be photographed, nor religions can't own it, it's not a person. It is ultimately you without you.
