Here is a song that I was forced to sing in 5th grade Japanese elementary school.

Little did I know at the time that the lyrics were proclaiming the highest truth I would ever awaken to.

The following is a link to that song along with highly accurate translated lyrics I found on Reddit.

My mind is reeling that I ever ignorantly sang these lyrics.

Actually I just spent some time double checking the translation here, it's technically accurate but fails to capture the ridiculous majesty of the Japanese lyrics. I also just realized that the entire verse 2 is missing in this translation (lol) but it is what it is.

For example the line at 0:35
君のぬくもりは、宇宙が燃えていた。遠い時代のなごり、君は宇宙。

The reddit translation says: "Your warmth is a remnant of a distant era in which the cosmos was burning. You are the universe."
A more faithful translation: "Your warmth is the universe ablaze. Like remnants of a bygone era. You are the universe."

My God.

@Razard86 Thank you brother! That means so much. My dream is to essentially do what Leo is doing for a living. I am working on differentiating and honing my communication to bring something truly unique. The rest is just consistency, time, and heart.

It literally says you are the universe. It also says you are one. There are no higher truths. Its literally the fundamental building block of all of existence....and its found in a freaking children's song. I swear yall be trying to find a way to disagree just for the sake of disagreement.

I come tell you I awaken to God/Universal Realization you say....yeah but its not necessarily the highest truth. What else is there? Awakening to love and truth is just a facet of the God/Self/Universal Realization. But hey....show me how what was just stated....is wrong....I'm intrigued on how there could be something "higher."
