My new year's resolution for next year is to keep a journal for any productive Audio such as audiobooks, guided meditations, lectures and Leo's videos and to complete at least one audio daily.

Mooji videos on YouTube are very relaxing. Helps with meditating. Try listening to him during meditation sometimes.

 Be careful being too demanding in relationships. Relate to the person at the level they are at, not where you need them to be.
