Pastor says senators need to be elected via a state electoral college

“I looked at a Republican state that voted democrat and noticed there were OnLy TwO bLuE dOtS. ThEn iT hIt mE!” He wants a state EC to elect senators much in the same way that the president is elected. Fundamentalism has atrophied his brain. He essentially wants the 17th repealed.
