Bad Sleep With Masturbation On Top of It And Why I Want to Wake Up Early

So I started to masterbate at about 10:00 PM and then woke up at about 2:00 AM. I was still resting but was still awake masterbating and I didn't know that would finally get up at about 9:00 AM. Simply imagining someone who I find attractive is enough to trigger masterbation without pornography. I tried setting my alarm on the other side of the room but I turn it off and go to bed without thinking twice. 

The reason I want to get up early is to have deeper mediation, contemplation, and self-inquiry sessions without having to worry about my Mom interrupting me. know that she would try to add biblical answers to my contemplation sessions when really contemplation is about discovering and thinking about the answers without any sources. It doesn't matter where the truth will lead me, and it will lead to the Bible if it's really true. 

Also I've listened to this kind of music before, do you think it would help if I kept listening to it?

As for the music you mentioned, it's ultimately up to you whether or not you find it helpful. Some people find that listening to certain types of music can be a helpful way to relax or focus, while others may find it distracting. You could experiment it on your own. 

But my personal suggestion would be that excessive reliance on music is not a good idea, it didn't really help me.

Try to sleep without any aid, it's best.

@Tyler Robinson I did everything you said here but I haven't found a solution yet.

@Tyler Robinson Probably, something always goes wrong with doing my homework earlier which would include taking a nap after school or feeling tired randomly without a known cause to the point where I have to stay up all night to do my homework. Because I have problems with twitching and none of the doctors seem to fix this problem, I would like to be tested for heavy metal toxicity. How do I convince my parents about heavy metals and how can I feel comfortable seeking out support for masterbation? I feel comfortable talking about it online. Do you think that problems with masterbation is coming from the inability to burn through karma? It's considered a sin to have sex before marriage but the thing is that I don't feel the need to have it at all except for masterbation. 

Also, do you know why I am not getting notifications from replies on the forum? I have it turned on in the settings.

@Tyler RobinsonAll of these steps seem familiar to me and I even went to the Chrome settings on my computer but nothing. Also I am on my phone since Bluetooth File Transfer isn't working right now for the screenshot that I posted so if my responses look ugly then that is why. I can see more information with what is currently on the forum index then I can with my phone. 

Also, I saw that you replied to my comments but I didn't receive them since I was finishing my rsponses and that I was going to press "show reply" later but couldn't although I got that you don't know my device's settings and that you want me to contact a friend. Can you please send the other replies again?

I'm not sure why after following all the steps you're still not receiving notifications. You will need to contact some friend and ask them to figure out functions on your device and fiddle with your phone or computer. Possibly something to do with your phone.

Maybe reinstall chrome or use some other browser like Opera.

 

And then check.

@Tyler Robinson Do you have anything else that you have to say about what I posted besides me not getting notifications? It's difficult to find I said or didn't say because of all of the screenshots you posted. I said that my health is just disregarded as procrastination when it comes to homework and that it's "just a part of life". There might have been some techinical difficulties sending that since I cannot fin it. What did you say about seeking support online or offline?

@AndylizedAAY you'll have to speak to your parents and find a way to convince them to see a therapist or counselor or doctor. 

It seems like you have bigger problems than just lack of sleep. It could be something psychological that is making you look for coping mechanisms in masturbation.

Regarding the metal toxicity, you can only figure it out if you run diagnostic tests.
