20 posts in this topic

Could this be possible in practice? And how would that type of  world function? Or is living your life purpose only possible for the psychological strongest

Good question, in some way everyone already has a life purpose and is living it now I think.

If everyone right now would be able to manifest their highest potential, who would want to do the mundane/dirty/monotone work that supports the platform of todays society on which you can live out you're highest purpose?

To live an authentic life purpose is not an easy thing. Social conditioning runs so deep in everyone that many people don't even remember what authentic desires feel like.

So I'm a bit of a pessimist on this issue. As long as we have a society, there will be conditioning.

Personal development. Has been the most exciting thing for me for years and years, it's what lights me up, it doesn't feel like work to me, I love spreading wisdom and see others take it in and approve from it, and I love solving world issues by myself and coming up with systems on how  the world could function better. This also lights me up more than anything. Just purchased the life purpose course, so excited to see where it will take me. But a lot of self doubts arise at the same time, and that's why my question arose ¬¬

That's awesome. You are awesome!! Taking a few minutes to check out the uncertainty principle can eradicate self doubts btw. Godspeed, you're going to do big things!

@BobbyEmily My pleasure, and much love to you!!!!  Here's another thought that comes to mind. One's  'life purpose' comes from all their experiences so far, one defines the other. To put it very simply, if you grow up with an angry dad, part of your life purpose involves living with peace of mind. If you grow up wth a sick mom, part of your life purpose involves good health. So the answer is inherently in you. You can ultimately transcend the cause and effect of your upbringing and then have the mental freedom to choose anything. When you reach that point, you wouldn't be looking for anything anymore. You would be it.

Ohh alright, so I can actually exploit my demons and my upbringing to fuel my life purpose?  Never thought about it that way, but it actually fits well as my dad has being completely miserable and depressed his whole life and has also always stated that psychology is something stupid the western world have invented! hahaha. Perhaps that's why I have an urge to prove that mastering your psychology can actually save the world, and it is one of the most important things you can do

"Life purpose" is an Occidental idea.

In the Orient, your life purpose is assigned to you.

"Life purpose" is a question for the ego.

In the body, your purpose has no meaning.
