Don't take anyone's advice except your own, based on what you see to be true.

Drop your philosophy for how to live a good life no matter how right you think it is.

Don't intentionally lie to yourself or anyone else in any way.

Don't feel obligated to anyone in any way, nor them to you.

Don't believe anything that limits you, acting as if that serves you.

Don't believe things based on authority, especially if you have not verified it yourself.

Observe inner and outer and let learning be your modus operandum.

How would this look exactly? 

I get the notion presented, though people need to strategize to get to the point where they can do what they want without obligation. For example, they need to earn money in the best way that aligns with them, with the most freedom possible. Once one has FU Money and lives independently, one can align more with these principles.

Otherwise, you have to operate with the rules society places upon you.

What I mean is, if you have a job, and you see that your job benefits you because it puts food on your table, then you will on some level "fancy" or be excited about going to work because you love yourself. Now we also heap a bunch of junk on top of that and that's where the misery comes in. 

I could have explained this better, but when i say do what you fancy in every moment, I mean do what you internally feel is right, and btw, the feeling of excitement is best indicator of what is good for you that I personally know of.

There are some phases when the right thing for you sucks. I get the idea of an internal compass, but it should be balanced with reason.
