There is no such thing as (my) Consciousness but there is my body and my mind. Consciousness is ONE but there are many bodies and many minds (persona). All personas use the same consiousness. And consciousness is your true self, not the body nor the mask which is persona. Easy peasy lemon sqeezy ???
