Medicine for enlightenment:

  • 5hr/day self-enquiry sitting in asana with a timer. Final goal is to do all 5 hours in one sitting. It hurts. Suffer through, there is no other way to enlightenment. In high states pain dissapears.
  • Strong intention to remain aware throughout all daily activities.
  • One to two one hour walks in nature per day. Pushups every morning. Stretching however feels natural.
  • Brahmacharya - no thinking about and going out with women. No clubs, no parties. Only work-related activities around once per quarter. It's boring and dry. Suffer through it. The goal is juicy enough to make it worth it. Failure is not acceptable.
  • Diet - organic fruits, nuts, veggies, honey, vitamin D3, shitake, oyster, reishi shroom capsules, chlorella, spirulina.  No cheating, except when visiting family.
  • Everything organic - toothpaste, shower gel, lip balm, etc. Mainly Dr.Bonners stuff. R/O water only.
  • Remain ecological in most areas.
  • No more new clothes, except a CG coat - just upgraded all wardrobe, have enough for years.
  • No big purchases in general - all comfort levels are taken care of. Can upgrade the crib or buy a new one after enlightenment. Remain a minimalist. Remain financially independant. Never trust banks.
  • All internet activities strictly prohibited, except what is needed for work and Spotify for sacral music. Cutting off this forum as well, even though I think it's the best place there is online for spiritual people to communicate.
  • No more psychadelics - they served in motivating, opening my eyes to Truth and revealing what awaits, but failed to raise my baseline. They also tend to lead to bad decisions. Might use in the future for mind-blowing sex.
  • Only have sex with pure souls. Self-respect. Also, sex might transfer karmic memory, be careful.
  • Reduce contemplation and manifestation. Best time for manifestation is upon waking and before going to sleep. The deeper the samadhi, the stronger the will. Both of these are wonderful, but not when you want to wake up for good.
  • No more reading, it activates the intellect too much. An exception is made for ACIM.
  • In dealing with others - strictly no conflict. An exception is made for unavoidable physical confrontation - then let loose those hands, do not turn the other cheek.
  • I saw clearly that 99.99% of people are fake and selfish, even those who say they are empathic. Introversion. Stay under the radar.
  • Don't plan to teach ever - it activates the intellect, there is no one to teach and I do not enjoy it. I believe most in their final lifetimes do not teach. I might teach my soulmate if she is not enlightened when we meet. However, if life clearly shows that I should teach - I will not resist.

Execute.

Can I take some parts of whatever you have written and put it in my journal.

♡✸♡.

Be careful being too demanding in relationships. Relate to the person at the level they are at, not where you need them to be.

Important:

Realized how important healing your trauma is in spiritual work. If you skip the healing part, then your level of consciousness will reach a standstill at some point. Ken Wilber talks about this in his books. It's the meaning of spiritual bypassing.

I thought that I came out of the world rather unscathed due to my lucky upbringing and a deep intimate relationship with an angel-like partner. Boy was I wrong. Simply living in this society is traumatic. No one comes out undamaged.

To start healing at the deepest levels, it is needed to stop creating "mini-traumas" on a day-to-day basis, or all of your efforts will simply be used up on clearing up what was stored during the day, hence the aforementioned social, digital, dietary, and other restrictions. It is likely that animals who live in poor conditions experience trauma, store it in their flesh, and we eat it. Can't be healthy.

To heal the trauma, I learned the following strategies:

Hardcore daily being aware of being aware meditation to connect to your unconscious.

When trauma arises, keep the light of awareness on whatever form it manifests in - feelings, pain in the body, thoughts, images. Do not analyze it or try to change it. Let it play itself out. There is a natural tendency to stop it, try to relax it, or to distract yourself because it is painful, but there is no other way to heal but to experience it out.

Intense nightmares will be a key part of healing with hardcore meditation. Childhood and teenage trauma plays itself out in disgusting ways. DO NOT try to kill those who are abusing you in the dream or to harm them in any other way. That will not help. A strict no-conflict policy must be maintained in the daily dream as well as night dreams. They are innocent. It's just your unconscious healing itself in a horrific-looking way.

A period of depression arises consequentially. There is nothing one can do, besides the prescription I shared to make the process more bearable.
It's a part of healing. A mistake would be to interrupt the process by stopping the intense meditation.

Notice that the stirring up of trauma will likely make it harder to keep a strict discipline because we use various pleasures to soothe the pain. In actuality, losing your edge will only prolong the process.

Also, trauma is stored in the body, which is why body scanning techniques, massages, stretching, deep breathing, and relaxing are important tools for releasing it.

In addition, realizing that life is a dream heals some of the trauma in itself if you lead your thoughts to their natural conclusion with the new realization. As Ramana put it - you can call your daily life dream nr1. and nightlife dream nr2. They are identical existentially, only their length differs.

Basically, this realization leads to the conclusion that you never sinned because there is no one to sin against. That does not heal your trauma completely or to a large extent, though. The real work is in experiencing it out by staying aware of it in the present moment.

Depersonalizing the trauma might also be beneficial to some extent since you understand that others did not hurt you because you were bad but because they were acting out of their own hurt.

When a release of something deep-seated happens, a feeling of euphoria and lightness washes over. Until the next one arises. :)

Oh, kriyas (spontaneous body movements) are also more than likely to arise at this point in the journey. Let them do whatever they want to do. It's your body's way of releasing deep emotional stuff. You might want to shake, cry or scream. All good, it's a release mechanism.

It sucks. Thanks, God.
