lol no they don't. The entire process of trying to get with women is manipulation of some kind, including using honesty. There is nothing pure about it.

If they wanted purity you'd be able to walk up to them and say, "I want to fuck you and put a baby inside you some day." but 999/1000 times you'd get a sexual harassment charge for that 

You have to go through a gauntlet of social games and "manipulations" before that sentence is even slightly palatable.

Attraction is not so cutthroat. You can't manipulate someone without having anything going for you.

The woman figures out that the only thing you're using is manipulation to lock her, then she will soon be wandering away from the relationship
