For those ignorant of who Chris Chan is, he (identifies as she) is a an autistic man (identifies as trans woman) who is very famous for creating the 'Sonichu' online comics. When Chris was in high school, he was tasked with creating a fictional character for an arts assignment. After being told he could not use copyrighted characters, he combined Sonic and Pikachu to create 'Sonichu'.

Chris throughout his life has experienced a lot of "trolling" from malicious individuals who seek to get him to publicly embarrass himself on the internet. These trolls catfish him as interested potential girlfriends, and fans of his Sonichu comics, to get him to do things they can laugh at. 

Chris was thoroughly convinced by these trolls that his fictional characters were real, and existed in another dimension. And that these fictional characters would come to our reality in an event called "the dimensional merge". He believes as well that he was the ability to communicate with these characters

That is bodyshaming. What do you know? Maybe he has an illness or he had normal weight before and due to psychological issues he has eaten much.  A Cop needs good mental health with all the bs in this world, and they Are the First one in contact with criminals.

Says he was driving to the DMV which was across the street when he got pulled over. Hmmm, how convenient. Shows how it doesn't matter if you're a celebrity, people are people.
