An extensive guide for beta males

Building a good level of masculinity and strength  has been one of my top priorities lately as I have noticed that I am nowhere near a sufficent level in those things. So I started asking myself what it really mean to be strong and I came up with this list.

  • Being able to stand your ground and face situations not run away from them
    • I always felt shacky, I never felt that I can stand my ground when I need to. This is very important. I feel that running away from things is the natural response that I am programmed to do when I face danger and it can be useful a lot of times xD but one must be able to stand his ground at will. It is one of the most basic aspect of masculinity.
  • Being able to attack and defend
    • When I am in a bad situation I feel hopless, my tounge stop working and I tend to freeze. I need to be able to verbally defend myself in a calm manner when I have too. It is like being in a debate and not being able to defend your opinions despite them being more true. The more masculine and strong you are, the more you are able to do so.
  • Feeling safe on the inside
    • Yes! this is it. I don't feel safe inside of me. I feel exposed and weak, like a little lamb. How could one feel this shitty? I want to feel like a lion on the inside, safe and secure.
  • Love yourself regardless of anything
    • Low levels of self love is very common amongst beta males. It is like you let others dectate your value and you are always on the look for their apporval and repsect. Drop that behaviour and replace it with self love and respect. You need to build this love as a daily practice. No strength without self-love.
  • Social smoothness and charismam and minimal social fears
    • I feel akward and unsafe with others. I cannot express myself and my emotions won't come out easily. I am very stiff and anxious. I need to learn to let go. Let socialization become a joyful experience to you. Also, learn to be really smooth socially. it is very important and will save you a lot of headaches in life. When you feel safe around others, it will become much easier to be smooth and charismatic.
  • Make enemies
    • True alpha males make a lot of enemies. I don't say that is quite healthy, but making some enemies is essnetial in life. Looking back at it, I have never made an enemy in my life, this feels stupid :D
  • Being aggressive when you need to
    • It is essential to be able to shut people down when they are acting all silly. And sometimes you need to put some fear into their hearts. Learn to be a threatening presence when you need to.
  • Leadership instead of followership
    • Beta males are desgined to be followers not leaders. Learn how to lead others, by emotions, by words, by presence. Betas are quite bad at that. Watch leaders, how they act, how they have a very strong presence, how their words are very strong and effective. You need some of that for sure.
  • Trust your self and your instincts
    • As Betas we are very vulnerable to others gaslighting us, We are never sure of ourselves or our opinions or decisions. This needs some change. Learn to feel stable even when others try to belittle your opinions. Don't  shake and learn to be cool and calm even when others try to gaslight you.
  • Expression not repression
    • Beta males tend to repress their desitres, sexuality and even emotions. They Feel the guilt for expressing their desires and emotions and they tend to repress them. Learn to adopt the mindset of expression rather than repression. Express your emotions, your love, your sadness, your anger. Feel quite comfortable with expressing your sexual desires, or your desire for material things, like fame or money. Don't repress, express instead.
  • Learn to live dangerously
    • As Betas we prefer to be safe, we tend to become anxious when things become challenging in any manner especially in  social situations and that's why we make bad leaders, We cannot handle it, we are too anxious! A true alpha male can hadle a lot of "danger" and challenges before he becomes anxious. Stress and anxiety destroy any potential for leadership. Learn to free yourself from anxiety.

 

  • Don't confuse being strong with any of the following:
  • Being angry, aggresive
  • being an asshole
  • manipulating others
  • building muscles
  • being rich or powerful
  • Getting into fights

These are the basics of masculinity and strength. If you master those, then you have a healthy amount of masculinity. But don't confuse those things for true strength. True strength comes from spirituality. To remove all fear and resistance from your experience is true strength.

Good points. 

I would like to add one: relaxation. 

Expression is much better than suppression or repression but letting go (and relax) is key in a lot of situation.

Yeah relaxation is very essential, I should have added that to the list. One must learn to how to live life from the point of true comedy. Treat life like a comedy and watch it  turn into one.

I like the list, but thats more Red/Blue Masculinity. You can read 50 Cent - Hustle Harder, Hustle Smarter for more reference. It'll help you a lot.

Also I would add physical strength, you don't have to be a hardcore body builder, but a lil bit of training helps much;)

@LSD-Rumi It's a list of what you lack. Not over-all points which a being must develop. Yeah you made some good points, but you presented it like it's just all about your own problems.
