So when is the best time of day to listen to this then? When you wake up or your about to go to sleep; or when you are sleeping or exercising or thinking, or working in times of stress?

I was told from several sources that it would all happen October gone; And expecting to see the banks crash as well. But all we have seen is some kind of strink in the markets but nothing like I was told would happen like the banks going bust and a run on them est est.
