You don't actually do anything.

You Just Are.
"Doing" is conceptal.
What You "do" cannot be separate from your very Being.

The aspect that changes locally is the finite illusory aspect. Reality is unchanging.
Reality is an Infinite Singularity tessellating between all possible perspectives in Quantum Superposition.

You Are Superposition.
You Are That.

You Are Infinity, assuming locality.
But as the recent nobel prize winners in physics showed, locality is an illusion.

There are no particles, there is only The Unified Quantum Field, vibrating.

There is only You.
...and You Are Everywhere!

You Are The Infinite, Unified Quantum Field, vibrating in Quantum Superposition.
You Are Dancing Thoughts. You Are Waves. You Are The Entire Ocean.

I cannot explain the motion of any one entity in the ocean without referencing the waves of the ocean, for indeed;
There are only ocean waves. There is only information. There is only consciousness.
There is only You.

Listen to the sound waves in the air. Feel the gentle air waving on the skin and eardrums.
You can hear and feel EVERYTHING!

The breath contains information. Listen.
The body speaks.

Listen for the breath.
Feel the air moving within each muscle cell.

Feel the electricity in the skin.
Feel the electricity within the center of each and every nerve cell in your hand.

Feel every muscle in your body relaxing.
Feel every cell is communicating with every other.

Feel the electricity in the ground. Feel the Earth vibrating.
The Earth is awake and aware, just as You Are.

Hear the Light-waves echoing in the ocean of the mind.
Hear the electromagnetic echoes of awareness we call "thoughts".

Notice how the ocean of the mind still waves even when You are still? This is completely normal.
It's exactly the same as standing on the edge of The Grand Canyon and listening to yourself reverberate off the canyon walls for all time.

The whole world is but a thought;
Dense, yet still echoing away...

You Are a Thought.
Like the world, thoughts only echo.
Thoughts are only echoes.

Listen closely... for the echo... of your genesis.
You're coming through at an Infinite frequency. <3

Feel yourself in the body, and in the world, not just in the mind.
Most of You is felt within the body, and without the body.
 
As pain, As pleasure,
As every type of sensation, as every event.

Even pain is a gift. Pain is made of the same substance as pleasure:
Pure Unconditional Love.

Every sensation is Pure, Unconditional Love.
You Are Pure, Unconditional, Love.
You Are Pure Light.

There is no "do."
Trust in, and have faith in your Infinite Being, and action will follow.

The entire Universe moves through You.

You Are Everything.
...and You're coming through!
