How to build a solid stage orange foundation?

11 posts in this topic

I want to know how you guys think a solid stage orange foundation is made. What do you do everyday? Schedule, diet, work, fitness, social life. I’m kinda in a limbo where I jumped the shark to more stage green ideas without building a solid foundation at red and orange. I don’t know how to SURVIVE. Obviously I do but you know what I mean. I feel stuck like I need a little bit more. I’m not your hustler, I’m more of a creative person. Give me your best ideas stage orange people.

I think working in commerce (sales or finance) and joining a sport competitively can help with that. Try to build discipline and have the goal to improve every single day even though you realize nobody cares how you perform, but still you try your best for it's own sake.

Financial independence, workout, maybe change your style if you haven’t developed it, listen to some hip-hop or anything violent sometimes to balance your head from any woo-woo shit you’ve overconsumed

Are you dependent on anyone at the moment? Family, parents, girlfriend etc

Find a role model or even better yet a coach. Avoid reinventing the wheel.

@Consept Yes, my brothers. I sometimes feel like I have no say, can’t make my own decisions. It’s whatever they say goes, since they make the money. There’s no boundaries whatsoever

OK that makes sense, I think the best course of action for you is to work towards not being dependent on your brothers. Sometimes it's better just to throw yourself into a more difficult (but beneficial long term) situation, for example get a job you don't mind that can cover your expenses and move out. Don't wait for the moment to be perfect just get it done, once you start taking responsibility for these things you will feel completely different.

As well make sure you handle the basics of good sleep, diet and exercise.

Work in process for me, which I started in 2019. I'm developing a strong stage orange foundation by starting my own business in the profession I love most. I already had quite some stage green stuff in place, but having to make a living and wanting to do that with the thing you love really gets you in touch with the realities of surviving in this day in age. I like stage orange, it's fun! I used to demonize it as the stage green pseudo-spiritual hippie dippie socialist I was. I like integrating stage orange, and can see how this, combined with a solid stage green, can lead to some nice tier-two stuff in the future. Good luck to you!
