Elizabeth Holmes sentenced to over 11 years of prison time

Theranos founder, Elizabeth Holmes, just received her sentenced today. She will be serving more than 11 years of time in prison for major fraud and conspiracy.

She fell victim to the downward spiral or the gamblers fallacy, many people go down this path in business hoping the next lie will fix the last and it will all work out in the end, digging themselves deeper into a hole. I suspect most people get away with it, how did trump pull off his scams with out getting caught? ?
