Does Nothingness Exist?

everything could exist, nothingness included.

Can nothingness stand out? Can it be anything other than non-differentiation? If not, nothingness cannot exist. Maybe a more accurate word than "exist" is "real". Nothingness can be real without existing.

Just more words, which inevitably lead to confusion because they cannot represent ultimate reality. The territory is only directly realized, no matter how accurate the map pretends to be.

Just because God loves you doesn't mean it is going to shape the cosmos to suit you. God loves you so much that it will shape you to suit the cosmos.

The question we overlooked is what it really means to say _______ exists. Everything that you say exists is something that is perceived or imagined within consciousness. A book exists as perceptions. If you couldn’t perceive a book or color, how would that be any different than them not existing?

“Our most valuable resource is not time, but rather it is consciousness itself. Consciousness is the basis for everything, and without it, there could be no time and no resource possible. It is only through consciousness and its cultivation that one’s passions, one’s focus, one’s curiosity, one’s time, and one’s capacity to love can be actualized and lived to the fullest.” - r0ckyreed

48 minutes ago, Jehovah increases said:

Everything already is nothing and nothing is already everything.

They are two sides of the same coin. Consciousness is in them, but is also beyond them.

The space between these words is nothing and the space between these letters is nothing still. The appearance of these letters is something and the appearance of these words is something still.

Consciousness is the ultimate dreamer of both. I love this passage from the Upanishads:

That which is above heaven and below earth, which is also between heaven and earth, which is the same through the past, present, and future - that is woven, warp and woof, in space…

In what is space itself woven, warp and woof? Tell me, Yajnavalkya.

The sages call it Akshara, the Imperishable. It is neither big nor small, neither long nor short, neither hot nor cold, neither bright nor dark, neither air nor space. It is without attachment, without taste, smell, or touch, without eyes, ears, tongue, mouth, breath, or mind, without movement, without limitation, without inside or outside. It consumes nothing, and nothing consumes it.

In perfect accord with the will of the Imperishable, sun and moon make their orbits…Nothing other than the Imperishable can see, hear, think, or know. It is in the Imperishable that space is woven, warp and woof.

The nothing doesn't exist. what exists is empty existence. the I am without content. but non-existence obviously not. How could exist something that doesn't exist? If there were an instant of existence surrounded by oceans of non-existence, that instant would be the eternity, since the oceans of non-existence are nothing. they cannot limit to existence. That is why the only reality is: existence exists. and that's it, it has no opposite. its opposite doesn't exist. Always is now. There is not scape. But you don't want to scape because you are freedom. Everything is perfect because there are no limits

Will speak from direct experience here.

Nothingness is void and emptiness. Void exists within the context of consciousness because there is an element of space to it.

What is beneath nothingness? No-thingness. There is no emptiness here. This is wholeness that vibrates with intense aliveness and infuses the deep silence.

@Jehovah increases Incomprehensibly true. It can only be directly realized, beyond concepts. Another passage from the Upanishads, which speaks to the inability of the human mind to understand or describe ultimate reality:

Words turn back frightened.

Just because God loves you doesn't mean it is going to shape the cosmos to suit you. God loves you so much that it will shape you to suit the cosmos.
