An Exercise To Give Yourself The Love You Desire

Think of a person, place, or thing that you have a strong desire for. No judgment can exist in this space so think whatever it is, whatever fantasy doesn't matter what it is. Hold it in your mind's eye, imagination, hold it until your desire for that almost explodes!!! Then....focus now on your heart, picture that fantasy you have still....but bring your awareness to where your heart is located. 

If you do this correctly...you will transfer that love you have for that object....into you. THIS will feel you overwhelmingly with love....and THEN you will discover through your direct experience...that you PROJECT OUT YOUR LOVE AND HATE....and that YOU ARE THE CREATOR OF YOUR FEELINGS...and also you are what you desire!! The illusion will fall, and shatter, and you will realize you can give yourself the LOVE YOU DESIRE....WHENEVER YOU WANT TOO!!!

I know....I'm spoiling the dream for you.....you WANT to believe that something else is causing your desires....but hey.....think of this as an emergency technique if you ever feel depressed or sad. If you master this....it will be equivalent to having low level love awakenings on psychedelics.
