Who will win FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar?

The French team looks great, I've put some money on them anyway. Also the South American teams Brazil and Argentina should do well.

A lot of controversy on this wc, even the pundits are getting questioned for working on it. It was definitely bought by Qatar so very strange circumstances

I support Argentina, but they lost 1-2 to Saudi Arabia today... so that's quite a humiliation... I was looking forward to an Argentina - Brazil final but I guess we shall see...

England played well, France is in good shape.

We crushed Costa Rica: 7-0.

Next up, Germany.

Argentina lost to Saudi Arabia, Germany lost to Japan.

Brazil has performed terribly the last few times. I have given up hope. Their defense is really bad against strong European teams.

Haha, I never expected to come on here and see Leo talking about football :D

Not sure how much of this is true but if so, then this is one fucked up event

Yeah, this is the weirdest & most corrupt world cup ever, considering the guys who accepted the bribes from Qatar originally went to prison, that set the precedent.

But, it also raises the question, how many people would accept a 20-30 Million bribe & sell their soul so to speak? I think a lot more than we think.

Honestly though, what do you think the solution is to things like this?

Because, this WC is a highlighted event, we see it. Yet, countless human rights violations & horrific work conditions are occurring globally right this second, but because it isn't for a major sporting event, its not highlighted.

This is not to downplay the seriousness of corruption that went into this, but it started with FIFA actually accepting the bribes to give a country not fit to host, the world cup...

However, its still coming home...or it'll be 60 years since it last has.

Belgium, Germany and Uruguay are out. Crazy.

For me, Belgium was especially disappointing.

These final group games are exciting, you genuinely couldn't predict these outcomes. I think a lot of the smaller nations are catching up to the bigger ones so looking forward to the rest of the tournament

:P

England may have to play against France soon.

If everything goes as expected/desired (by me haha), one semifinal would be Spain-France. The other, Brazil-Argentina.

Yep, although my prediction is that perhaps only one "small" team will get to the quarters.

Hundreds of workers died building these soccer stadiums.

That’s certainly worth mentioning.

I'm chuffed for Morocco, nice to see an African team in the last eight. Thoroughly deserved, too, they've now kept a clean sheet against Croatia, Belgium, and Spain, they're clearly not to be taken lightly.

(Cue an absolute mauling in the quarter-finals, now I've said that. xD)
