How some religious people experience awakenings

Basically through desperation for light (Truth) comes an attitude of surrender through which when they truly repent/pray (recognize) by imagining a higher dream in another dream about the dream itself, the awaken word from a higher Imagination creates the opening for a high by suggesting a letting go that then hits from the lower chakras to anahata and even crown chakra. Kinda like a placebo psychedelic ritual. Then this is why the say they felt Jesus love or God's love/mercy. Ofcourse they cant understand this correctly as the truth is totally opposite to the belief of it as they come back and cling to it. But, Its the first level since thats the only way they can refer to God (existence), as they recognize a higher power/Intelligence from their egoic prisión (ignorance). 

The same occurs when they fall unto the floor or seemed possed moving like crazy. They did a surrender (probable ego death). The moving body could genuinely be a spirit or the body reacting to releasing its negative karma. 

Blue has a special connection with turquoise. From spiritual ego to no ego. Thats the whole gap game of orange, green and yellow. 

At least innocence and faith can give some temporary relief, realizations and new perceptions.

The thing is, that there actually are "portals" between these and stage Turquoise. Because Orange and Yellow both strive for the truth and practical utility. As such, the more practical aspects of spirituality at times these individuals find attractive, and they then go and do spiritual work for that very purpose.

 

Of course, this more so applies to Yellow than Orange as individuals at Stage Orange tend to lack the prerequisite open mindedness necessary to encourage such a thing.

 

Green's way to Turquoise is more obvious, strong Greens tend to do psychedelics just as a part of their culture. And that stage Turquoise can be penetrated this way is essentially the rock around which this very forum revolves.

I agree that religious people can awaken at a certain level. They may not be fully awake yet because they are stuck in the worshiper-God duality, but spirituality is still possible. At one point in my life, I was quite religious and had spiritual experiences that were realizations of Consciousness, which I called God. Letting go of my beliefs was a step toward awakening, but it still took many years of suffering before I was dissolved enough to see.

It's funny you write this, as I just came from Church, we did the Christ the King mass. And I'm of course probably the only person in there that's God realized, but that doesn't stop me from practicing Catholicism and pretending not to know what I know so as not to offend the laity.

There are many examples of enlightened people who attend church (John of the Cross, Teresa of Avila, Meister Eckhart). As long as spiritual practices don't get in the way of Self-realization, there's nothing detrimental about them, and you might even see them more deeply as the symbolic spiritual path that they are. I still find a lot of wisdom in the bible, although I no longer see it as the sole expression of truth.
