I'll assign 50 units as normal temperature. 

Above 50 units - high 

Below 50 units - low

Medium high - range of 50 to 54 units 

Very High - range of 55 to 59 units 

Medium low - range of 48 to 50 units 

Very low - range of 44 to 47 units
